This leather suit from M-Tech just dropped into my inbox (which is never as good as a box arriving in reception, but anyway..), I wanted to run it as it's a good-looking bit of kit. It's available in 1pc and 2pc options and will cost £569, which pitches it firmly into the Alpinestars / Dainese category.

Here's the full specification:

MIG sizes: 46/60 man
•    Cowhide leather 1.2/1.3 mm thickness
•    Perforated cowhide leather from the chest to the thigh area
•    Mastrotech Cowhide leather Water-repellent treatment
•    5 Leather stretch panels shoulders, waist and knees
•    8 Fabric stretch panels in the armhole, chest, inside arm, inside leg and back of leg
•    CARBOTECH high-abrasion resistant shoulders
•    Removable mesh lining
•    Lining with elasticized inserts and inner pocket
•    Removable "CE" armour  shoulders, elbows, knees and shin
•    Precut for back armour ‘CE’ art. DEFENCE
•    Aerodynamic speed hump
•    Shoulder vents
•    Double layer of leather on forearms
•    Double layer of leather on sides and hips
•    Double layer of leather on the bottom
•    Neoprene finish on cuffs and ankles
•    Knee sliders
