New: Shark Vancore helmet

New lid based on the RAW urban helmet now offers full-face protection

SHARK Helmets has revealed a new addition to its 2014 helmet line-up – the Vancore.

It follows the path of the RAW; the urban helmet released by the French firm last year.

The Vancore shares the same shell-shape as the RAW but has a fixed chin bar for riders who seek full-face protection, with various colour options are available for both the goggles and lenses.

The helmet has been designed to accommodate riders who wear glasses, as the eyewear sits in a recessed partition of the interior lining.

The Vancore weighs 1250g and has a pocket for Shark’s Bluetooth communication system SharkTooth.

It will be available in UK dealers from the middle of May in Gloss black and Gloss white, sizes XS-XL, with an RRP of £219.99. Matt options include black and army green, in sizes XS-XL, with an RRP of £229.99.
