ICON Motosports show their Spring 2021 motorcycle gear collection

Dropping the heat with their latest motorcycle gear - Icon Motosports from the US of A aren’t messing around, it all looks top.

Icon Motosports Spring 2021 Collection

ICON Motosports keep on making gear that’s visible for all the right reasons - the latest helmets and jackets look incredible, made by riders for riders.

Their Spring release features four custom decals Airform helmets with graphic packs dedicated to the United States armed forces, an Airflite Jewel (following popular demand) and the Airform Jacket (following their BMW dreams), and Stormhawk boots, which are perfect for the rainy streets of Portland, Oregon (or anywhere in the UK).

Let’s take a quick look at the Icon Motosports Spring 2021 collection

Kicking things off with the Airform helmet Armed Forces Collection. Icon have given a unique and ‘kick-ass’ graphic option on the popular Airform helmet (all $225), with one helmet for each branch of the US Armed Forces: the Marine Corps (Airform Semper Fi), Navy (Airform Ships Company), Air Force (Airform Warthog) and the US Army (Airform Guardian). It’s extremely patriotic, and all about honouring those who fight for the freedom of the United States. Ooh-Rah!

Outside of the military theme, there’s new graphics across the range for the 2021 helmet collection, and I could quite easily spend a few hours looking at these - they all look stunning. Maybe it’s just me, but finding the perfect helmet can take hours.

Quick helmet tour. If you’re after a pink helmet, there is the awesome Airframe Pro Beastie Bunny ($390). A particularly stand out graphic option for the Airform is the Manik’R ($225), a development from the original Manic, with glow-in-the-dark slobber and ‘dayglo’ rear spolier, this thing looks wicked.
The Airflite is the iconic option for me, and the Jewel is the one that Icon brought back by popular demand as an upgrade to the Airflite Stealth - with visor that goes down to the chin. Or the Airflite 4horseman… It’s set with a price of $320.

Let’s leave the helmets, I’m getting a bit too buzzed about them.

Elsewhere we have the Airform Jacket range. Now this is a CE certified jacket, with impact protectors on the elbows, shoulders and back, with Airfly mesh vents for optimised airflow. Looks really cool, and you can see where the influence from their BMX dreams comes in to play on the Retro version. Including the hood, the jacket will set you back around $220. There’s plenty of other jackets in the Spring collection though, you’ll have to check them out.

Last up, Stormhawk boots. These are born on the wet streets of Portland, Oregon - and I’ve never been there, but heard it’s just like England when it comes to rain - so naturally they come with a waterproof and breathable lining. Nothing worse than swamp-foot after a ride. Protective covers, oil-resistant rubber and reinforced caps & nubs gives this boot the all-around feel for $185.
