Eleveit, the Italian motorcycle boot manufacturer, has announced the introduction of its new, classic-styled Venom boot to its touring range.
Eleveit’s aim with the Venom has been to implement high-quality materials and technical solutions to a boot which, aesthetically, is quite simple and classically represents the motorcycle touring boot segment.
The boot upper, for example, is made of a water-resistant suede, while the outside of the boot has had welded to it a rubberised film designed to protect it from abrasions against the gear lever - a helpful feature for a boot aimed at longer rides, on which comfort is of significant importance. Additional waterproofing can be found in its E-Dry membrane, while protection has been added in the heel, toe, ankle, and shin areas.
Fastening is done via a combination of external Velcro and an internal zip, while the sole’s rubber tread features notches for additional grip on the foot peg. Further, the Eva midsole helps to reduce the boot’s weight as well as aiding shock absorption.
The Eleveit Venom is available from retailers at €239.90 (£207.24 at time of writing, 5 August 2023) in a single black colour with red accents, and in European sizes 36 to 48 (3.5 to 14.5 UK sizes).
