Racey New Colours for 2024 Indian FTR

New colours have been revealed for the race-inspired 1,200cc, 120bhp V-twin 2024 Indian FTR Sport and FTR R Carbon naked motorcycles

2024 Indian FTR range

The Indian FTR is technically unchanged for 2024, but a couple of new colours have been brought to the iconic American naked.

Still utilising the same 1,203cc liquid-cooled V-twin, you can still expect the same 123bhp and 89lb ft to be sent to the rear wheel as in previous years. The cycle parts are unchanged, too, with dual Brembo stoppers up front, 17-inch cast wheels at both ends wrapped in Metzeler Sportec tyres.

Although the range is still made up of the FTR, FTR Rally, FTR Sport, and FTR R Carbon, the Rally remains unchanged for 2024. Fpr the other three variants, only the paint is new.

The standard FTR has one new colour: Indy Red, which features a mostly-red tank with white highlights and a black 'FTR' logo.

For the FTR Sport, Granite Gray Blue uses a grey base colour on both the bodywork and frame, and offsets that against a blue 'FTR' logo on the tank, while the Storm Gray Black choice has a red frame and wheels to stand out from the grey-and-black bodywork.

The top-of-the-range and Ohlins-equipped FTR R Carbon “gains a new carbon fibre body set,” Indian says, for 2024, while the ‘FTR’ logo is featured on this model for the first time in 2024. The gold Ohlins fork stands out from the dark bodywork colour, as do the red wheels, frame, and accents.

Both the Sport and R Carbon feature a four-inch touchscreen with Indian’s Ride Command system, turn-by-turn navigation, and three selectable riding modes: Rain, Standard and Sport.

The standard 2024 Indian FTR is priced at £12,995, while the Sport comes in at £14,995 and the FTR R Carbon at £16,695. The unchanged-for-2024 FTR Rally is still available at £14,995.
