Based around Honda's low capacity sports bike, the biggest change from the standard model on the HRC CBR250R is an ECU that comes with adjustable fuel and ignitions maps with an option to choose between two maps on the go.
The race spec CBR250R also features a quick shifter and a pit-lane rev-limiter. As the bike is aimed at racers, it is for track use only.
