YAMAHA has just announced new colours for its A2 compatible YZF-R3 and MT-03.
From August 2017 the R3 will be available in a new ‘Race Blu’ colour scheme, which sees the side fairings go from white to blue, and the tail unit turn from blue to white. If you subscribe to the mantra that black never goes out of fashion then you’re in luck because the R3 will also be offered in a new ‘Power Black’ colour option, which features subtle red graphics and detailing.
Fresh paint for the MT-03 comes in the form of a new ‘Night Fluo’ and ‘Yamaha Blue’ colour options. If you’re familiar with the MT-10 and MT-09, you’ll be familiar with the Night Fluo’s signature blend of grey bodywork and fluorescent yellow wheels, while the Yamaha Blue is a more sublte mix of blue and black bodywork, with blue wheels.
There are no changes to the prices, meaning the R3 still costs £5,199 and the MT-03 comes in at £4,899. Colour options for both models will available from August 2017.
