HARINGEY police have seized nine stolen mototorcyles in a lock-up, despite initially being uninterested in the case.
When Sam Jackson had his R6 stolen from outside his house in Enfield, he alerted the local police and told them his Acutrac device could pin-point where the motorcycle was. The police didn't take any action and later that day Jackson could see the bike on the move again.
Frustrated with a lack of action, Jackson told his story to local newspaper Enfield Independent who ran an article highlighting his plight. Haringey Police then assigned a new officer to the case who followed the tracker's trail to a row of containers in Edmonton, North London.
When the police opened the containers they not only found Jackson's R6 but also another eight stolen motorcycles.
