WSB: Rea - ''More podiums to come''

WSB victor promises more top-three finishes as the World Superbike circus heads to Brno

JONATHAN REA is on a roll at the moment in WSB, he’s bagged a win and is looking stronger on the Ten Kate Honda at every race.

So it comes as no surprise that he’s predicting good things for the rest of the season. In fact, Rea says that WSB fans like us can expect plenty more podiums from him for the rest of the year.

He said: “All the tracks from here on in for the rest of the year should suit the bike. I was having nightmares about Donington, and rightly so. If you look through any of the timesheets on the weekend I was maybe top five in the first two splits but 15th in the last one. I fell in race two but I got back up to finish the race and score a point. It was the least I could do because everybody has worked so hard in the team and I wanted to show willing.

“I want to get back to winning ways sooner rather than later."

Brno. Rea. Podium. We’re off to put a tenner on it right now.

Rea was gifted the win at Misano. I doubt he will win again.
