LEON HASLAM says he's happy with the progress made by his Stiggy Racing Honda team during their test sessions at Brno circuit.

Haslam - runner-up in the last World Superbike race at Donington Park 10 days ago - worked on suspension and electronics settings with his Honda ahead of the next round of the World Championship at Brno on July 26. He’s now starting testing at Imola with the Stiggy team before getting over to Brno.

He said: "We've had a good couple of days and worked hard on the plan that we had. The track time we had was limited but what we achieved has set us up nicely for the Brno round later this month.

"Ohlins have been really helpful and we were able to try new suspension parts and settings that we've been wanting to try for some time now. In the past few weeks we've made a lot of progress with the machine and with these new developments I think we should be in pretty good shape for the remaining rounds."
