CARLOS Checa and Marco Melandri shared the wins at Miller on Monday.

Checa took the race one win, with little pressure from his rivals and in race two it looked like Checa would complete another double, but he crashed out, leaving Rea and Melandri open to fight it out for the win. Melandri took BMW's second win, by squeezing out Rea on the final lap.
