The one-owner, low mileage bike is being sold by Lowes' team, Yakhnich Motorsport, via an advert on eBay.

The bike is listed as Yamaha: Other and the advert, which doesn't go into too much detail, reads as follows:

This is Sam Lowes Yamaha R6 built by Yakhnich Motorsport with factory Yamaha backing, ridden in 2013 World Superbike Championship. Sam Lowes claimed 2013 World Supersport Championship Title with this bike.

Front and rear works Bitubo suspension.
Magneti Marelli electronics.

The bike is accompanied by FIM technical inspection records.

This is very special Word Champion motorcycle and the fastest R6 ever, fully working, revised and in mint condition.

If you're after a reasonably decent trackday bike, then this could be the bike for you...

Hmmm... not at all tempted.
The thought of the thrashed/crashed spare parts nightmare of an ex WSS or WSBK machine would have me buying new and spending the other 50K on exotica. Buyer beware.
