ERNESTO MARINELLO, the man who looked after Nori Haga's assault on the WSB title this year for Ducati, will be the man who replaces Davide Tardozzi as Team Manager in WSB for the red bikes.
Aside from Marinello moving up and his replacement to take over Nori's side of the garage next year, the rest of the team stays exactly the same.
So what does the new boss think of the squad underneath him? Well, if it's the riders we're talking about then perhaps comparing Haga to a child isn't exactly the best start.
On the subject of how Haga took losing the title to Ben Spies at Portimao after enjoying an 88 point lead earlier in the year Marinello said: "He was a bit like a child being given an ice-cream and someone else comes and takes it away from him. But he's mentally very strong and is ready to try again, with more determination this time."
And as for Michel Fabrizio: "Michel has matured a lot in the last two years with us and I think the time has come for him to show all of his potential. I'm happy to have two riders of the calibre of Michel and Nori."
Anyone else get the feeling that Marinello is already thinking of just how he's going to keep the reigns tight on next season?
