Portimao: Friday: Haslam fastest

Brits dominate Friday practice at 2010 Portuguese WSB test

SUZUKI ACE Leon Haslam topped the timesheets on the first day of official WSB testing at Portimao, Portugal, heading a strong charge from the British WSB contingency.

Haslam ended Day One with a best time of 1min 42.778secs - 0.3 secs off the Portuguese track record.

Jonny Rea, Cal Crutchlow, James Toseland, Leon Camier, Shane Byrne and Haslam all featured in the top 10 on Day One - Roman Emperor Max Biaggi riding an Aprilia Racing RSV-4 was the quickest non-Brit, posting a best time of 1min 43.364s in the morning session.
