BSB champ gets out on track as torrential rain blights two-day WSB test at Misano
NEWLY-CROWNED British Superbike Champion Leon Camier is the favourite for the full-time slot alongside Max Biaggi in 2010 - that's the news feeding back to Visorodwn's BSB man this morning.
Fog, rain and constant damp conditions ruined what should have been two days of top-level testing on the Aprilia World Superbike at Misano yesterday but Camier still managed a handful of laps in the arduous conditions.
The team's test rider, Alex Hoffman managed 42 laps on the bike using slicks, but he had to wait until the end of the day before the track had enough of a dry line to get out on.
Aprilia's next test session is scheduled for December 9-10 at Valencia in Spain.
