Stoner in the colours of Repsol Honda

HRC are the latest team to unveil their riders for the new season with the debut of Casey Stoner in Repsol colours.

Reminiscent of the Honda from the 500 Grand Prix days of Doohan, Criville and Okada, the Repsol team will be spearheaded by three riders with Stoner lining up alongside Dani Pedrosa and Andrea Dovisiozo.

Stoner returns to Honda, the Australian rode his rookie season with the Japanese manufacturer grabbing pole in his first appearance with the LCR squad, after two up-and-down seasons with the factory Ducati team. The 2007 champion impressed in his first test session on board the RC212V at the post-season test at Valencia, ending the session on a high with the fastest time.

The Repsol Honda team and the rest of the MotoGP field will get a chance to dust of the winter cobwebs when long haul to the first round stars with the official test at Sepang tomorrow.
