MUGELLO has dedicated a grandstand to Marco Simoncelli with a huge number 58 overlooking the two bends that make up Arrabbiata.

The grandstand can seat 15,000 fans and it shares the same red and white colours from Simoncelli's helmet design.

CEO for the circuit, Paolo Poli said: ”Mugello Circuit wants to remember a champion who deeply loved this track and on which corners he wrote unforgettable pages in the history of motorcycling.“

The Italian GP takes place in two weeks time on July 15th.
