VALENTINO ROSSI has ended the second 2010 MotoGP test at Sepang at the top of the leaderboard, beating his 2009 pole position time at the 5.5km.

The Italian, along with four other frontrunners, was the only rider to dip below the 2:01 barrier at the Malaysian Grand Prix venue.

Impressive performances from Ducati men Stoner and Hayden put the Australian and American duo in the top three, while the Tech 3 Yamaha pairing of Colin Edwards and MotoGP rookie Ben Spies clinched the fourth and fifth fastest times of the final session.
