VALENTINO ROSSI has just completed his first run on a WSB-spec YZF-R1 at Brno track, Czech Republic, the team has announced.

It's the Italian second time the Italian has taken to the track since he broke his lower right leg in a crash at Mugello over a month ago.

Reports say Rossi found the going easier than at Misano; his shoulder seems less painful but this could just be due to different stresses being placed on his body due to the differing nature of the Czech track. No mention was made of the condition of the nine-time world champ's leg!

More to follow.
