Paris Hilton's GP team livery revealed

It's pink but not as pink as we thought it would be

EARLIER THIS WEEK we reported that Paris Hilton will be sponsoring a GP125 team in 2011 and here is the team's new livery.

SuperMartXe is a party oganising company that holds events around the world and is backed by Paris Hilton. They're not the most natural fit for a MotoGP team but we're sure they'll cause a stir in the paddock. Let's hope the riders are confident striding out in pink leathers.

I was just thinking the other day no one ever makes a pink bike.  Sponsoring a bike team is the first thing ive seen Ms Hilton do that Ive thought passable. Good on her. Im all for doing things differently. It certainly stands out too. I often wonder why sponsors bother spending money when the bikes slip into obscurity because of standard livery, cant see where they'd get the promotion value from that. Paris has already got her money worth with one stroke of pink. All good. Im sure Paris will do a stint as umbrella girl?

Having managed race teams before it is nice to know that someone is willing to stump up the dough.

The coulors will not make the bike uncompetative but the desire of the team boss to be on the podium taking the applause will drive team Hilton onwards.

Visually it will be easy to spot amongst the pack and will always become a reference point for commentators.

Just wish a few more main tabloid, headline grabbing celebs would make bike racing their passion, and fund a team with the spare million from down the back of the sofa!!

I would have thought that in a time when money is tight that Team baby Shit Tan would be welcome on the grid. i'm sure none of the PH sponsored team have heard any of these puns before. While not having any feelings one way or the other for the incredibly rich anbd spoiled Ms Hilton I do feel she'll be having a way better time of it than some of the wise-cracking contributors to this thread.

Fess up guys, if you were rich and could pretty much shag who you wanted, would you really get all moral?

your know instead of bashing the colour of the bike lets stop and think ,ok its pink may not be a man colour right ,but there are plenty of woman that love pink and support racing ... also have her riders been named ? could they be woman riders who knows i dont .... and i think its great that she is goin to run a team its another bike on the grid and one the woman can support and cheer for or even some men ,it will also no doubt bring eye candy to the track also for u all to perv ....good for her and i hope the team does well ....

Even if it was women riders then dont be too shocked over results, there are some who have been European race winners and GP podium girls.Katja Ponsgen (beating James Ellison) and Taru Rinne (on the podium with Nobby Ueda)The riders cover both bases for a team with the experience of Sergio Gadea multiple 125 GP winner....and rookie Maverick Viñales who has just won the Spanish Championship.... And we all know those boys do well in racing!!There was a porn star Dolly Buster who ran a race team in the late 90's Now that was an eyefull of brolly girl!!
