TECH 3 Yamaha rider Cal Crutchlow recorded the fastest time on the third and final day of testing at Jerez, achieving a time of 1m 39.511s.
It was a fitting end to a strong test for the Tech 3 man, who has never been far off the pace so far this year.
He was followed closely by yesterday's fastest man, Valentino Rossi, who was roughly two tenths of a second slower.
Stefan Bradl of LCR Honda, who has had an impressively consistent run in testing this year, was third fastest around the Spanish circuit.
Reigning champion Jorge Lorenzo narrowly edged out Marc Marquez to run fourth fastest.
Marquez's team mate Dani Pedrosa did not participate on the final day, unwilling to wait and see if the wet track the riders encountered this morning would dry out. Track conditions gradually improved as testing continued, with a number of riders waiting until the last hour to get out on the track.
