Jennie Gow out of BBC MotoGP

Popular British presenter won't be on our screens for BBC MotoGP

JENNIE Gow won't present on the BBC's MotoGP coverage in 2011.

The seasoned sports presenter, who replaced Suzi Perry in the 2010 season, considered her BBC MotoGP role as 'the dream job' and despite cynicism from bike racing fans, performed solidly throughout the 2010 season.

Gow announced that she won't be covering the 2011 season on her Twitter page. We don't yet know why she won't be part of the BBC's MotoGP line-up in 2011, or who will replace her.

Here at Visordown HQ we're wondering if this is part of the BBC's cost-cutting measures. Perhaps this year they'll be following Eurosport's WSB footprints and covering some rounds from a studio in the UK?
