UPCOMING MOTOGP squad FB Corse has announced the team will be at the official MotoGP Qatar testing session, March 17th.

In confirming the decision, FB Corse supremo Andrea Ferrari also said the team will not be attending MotoGP’s testing session at Sepang, Malaysia in February, prefering instead to stay in Europe

"We’d prefer to stay closer to our engineering base. At this stage, it wouldn’t be appropriate to go all the way to Malaysia,” said Ferrari.

Former GP man Luca Cadalora will test the three-cylinder race bike with a view to developing it for the upcoming season. Anglo-American John Hopkins is rumoured to be the most likely candidate to race the bike in 2010; the team have yet to make an official announcement about their 2010 line-up.
