Ben Spies' Tech 3 Yamaha revealed

THIS IS the paintjob that Ben Spies will run at the final round of the MotoGP World Championship at Valencia.

Spies, who will be riding for Tech 3 Yamaha, his team for 2010, will be at Valencia for the first time on a Yamaha MotoGP bike.

Spies' best result in MotoGP is 6th at Indianapolis in 2008, riding for Suzuki.

Looks a lot nicer than his R1 (which isn't hard really! - still think Yam took a backwards step funny engine or not)

Backwards step??? You serious. Look at what yamaha did this year. They won in just about everything. And for Ben Spies to take the Championship in his first year in WSBK, first time ever on the 09 (funny engine) R1, first time at those tracks. I say that they did a great job. Funny engine, hahaha. BEST engine ever.

backwards step in terms of looks for sure, as for Spies and Camier they were two riders who were so far ahead of their competition (Camier would have probably won on a ZXR!) 

Spies is clearly a different level to the rest of the WSB field... if you take a look at Sykes results (who did a lot better than people give credit) he was perhaps in 5th to 10th in most races.

Anyway looks are in the eye of the beholder as they say, personally I think the current R6 is the finest looking thing available at the moment

Well we all know that Ben was amazing in WSBK and we all now he was basically a rookie and he always whipped hagas ass.

But then again he only did 4 races in moto gp although i honestly think he will be top 5 at the end of the 2010 Moto GP.
