Moto2 rider set to ride satellite Ducati in premier class racing
MOTO2 rider Karel Abraham is to race in the MotoGP class in 2011, after signing a contract to ride a Ducati Desmosedici GP11 with the Cardion AB Motoracing team.
The 20-year-old Czech rider, who already rides for the Cardion AB team, currently lies 14th in the 2010 Moto2 Championship. Abraham made his Grand Prix racing debut in 2005.
Abraham, who's father owns the Brno Masaryk circuit, is expected to officially confirm the news at the Czech Grand Prix in two weeks time, August 15th.
