TOM Sykes and his team-mate Joan Lascorz will return to Brands Hatch British Superbikes on the 5th-7th August.
After securing a sensational ‘wildcard’ double win at the event last year, World Superbike Championship star Tom Sykes will return competing on his factory WSB Kawasaki.
Sykes and the Kawasaki WSB team are seeking a repeat performance against the BSB’s current stars including champions Shane 'Shakey' Byrne, Ryuichi Kiyonari and former MotoGP ace John Hopkins. Sykes is a former BSB title contender himself, having come close to securing the BSB crown in 2008 when he was embroiled in a five-way title fight, before ultimately finishing the season in fourth.
