Rutter stays in BSB for 2010

West Midland ace signs for Ducati in next year's BSB Championship

2009: Rutter on Yamaha R1

VETERAN RACER Michael Rutter has confirmed he will compete in next year's British Superbike Championship.

Rutter will a 1098RS F08s Ducati, backed by Bathams Brewery, Black Horse Finance and the West Country motorcycle dealership, Riders.

The west-midlander will partner Martin Jessop in the 2010 squad.

A TT veteran, Rutter is also aiming to race the Ducati at the Isle of Man TT and the North West 200.

Rutter said: “Once we have been able to go and do some testing we can really sort things out.”
