GLEN RICHARDS will make his return to the BSB championship at Silverstone in a few weeks time.

The Aussie has ruled himself out of a comeback at Croft the weekend after next after testing on a Honda Superstock biek at Croft yesterday.

Richards, who was left with a badly broken femur after crashing at Knockhill earlier in the season, said: "It felt great to be back on a bike again, but the ride made it clear to me and the team that it'll be a bit more time until I can ride properly again. So we're now all focused on Silverstone for my comeback."

The HM Plant Honda team will make an announcement about who will replace Richards at the Croft round in a couple of days time.
