LEON CAMIER could become the most successful British Superbike racer in a single season if he wins all three BSB races this weekend at Brands Hatch.
Currently on eleven wins so far this year, Camier is closing in fast on the current record held by Niall Mackenzie who took 13 wins for the Cadbury’s Boost Yamaha team in 1997.
Camier has got to be a favourite for the new title this year, he’s only not one three races all year so far. His personal tally in the BSB championship could tie-in nicely with his team’s landmark moments too. Team boss Colin Wright is currently on 97 wins in the class, meaning that if Camier does win all three races across Saturday and Sunday he will deliver Wright his 100th win in the class.
Now that’s an amazing stat.
