SIMON ANDREWS makes a welcome return to the Cadwell Park round of the British Superbike series, after missing the last round due to injury.
The MSS Colchester Kawasaki rider underwent surgery to pin the broken scaphoid bone in his left wrist and the resulting recuperation time meant an enforced absence from the last round at Brands Hatch.
Joining Andrews and Julien da Costa is title sponsor, the insurance comparison giant Confused.com. The firm first joined the team at the Donington Park World Superbike meeting and again at Brands Hatch, earlier this month.
The team is now known as ‘Confused.com Kawasaki’.
Team Owner, Nick Morgan: ‘Our performances at the front of the BSB pack have clearly not gone unnoticed and it’s fantastic to have a brand as big as Confused.com on board again. We’ve been working flat-out since Brands Hatch and the whole team are incredibly upbeat about our chances at Cadwell Park. We certainly have some scores to settle!’
The Cadwell Park event takes place this coming weekend with the two main Superbike races taking place on the Bank Holiday Monday – August 31st.
