VISORDOWN BSB mole reports that Aprilia has apparently already talked to one very high profile team boss in the BSB series.
Over two months ago we brought you the breaking news that the Italian manufacturer had secret plans to enter the UK domestic superbike series. Now a high-profile team boss has confirmed Aprilia are revving up for 2010:
He said: “I can’t say too much at the moment because there’s only a couple of people who know this, but it’s fair to say that Aprilia aren’t hedging their bets on this one. They want to come in and win the BSB title with the RSV4 next year and they have talked to the one man they know can take a bike like theirs and bring home a title.”
