COMING to us via Motorrad magazine in Germany is this video of Bridgestone tester Tim Röthig doing a sub-eight-minute lap of the Nordschleife, complete with MotoGP-style gyrocam.
Just to get a perspective on it, his time is on a par with that managed by supercars like Lamborghini Gallardos, Porsche 911 Turbos and Audi R8s (although he'd have to go a full minute quicker to beat the standing lap record for road-legal cars).
