Rossi finished the rally in second place, having lead some of the four-wheel event in a Monster Energy-backed Ford Focus.
Last weekend the 2009 MotoGP champ drove a Ferrari GT racer, sealing an impressive third in class at the 6-Hour Vallelunga endurance car race.
