Watch the Honda production line as the company's new sports tourer takes shape
WITH A production line of around 130 metres, manned by approximately 40 staff, Honda's factory a Kumamoto knocks out a new VFR1200F every 90 seconds.
Check the video to see the company drones at work. Granted, it won't have you on the edge of your seat (the narrator could do with a couple of pints of Red Bull) but it's worth a look.
"birth place of every VFR1200" .. "approximately 40 staff"

Looks pretty basic. I wonder how many have fallen from the straps when it is lifted across.(30 seconds in)
That will be 40 staff just to assemble it as it looks like the front and rear bits come in ready to bolt on

Every ninety seconds ? They should slow production to give enough time to fit a bigger fuel tank.
Watching that was 2:08 mins of my life I won't get back....
