CHECK OUT this novel way of changing your front wheel, done on the move at 50mph.

And the 'passenger' changing the wheel is the stunt rider's girlfriend. Good work, pillion woman!

Hope she did the spindle nut up tight enough...

 No spindle and pinch bolts, no brake disc either, couldn't make it much easier.

  Why do the blokes in the truck next to them need hi viz jackets on?
