For those of us who know Kawasaki , No they have a habit of producing a very good bike now and again , they just get lazy on it . Given the fact this time they have released the bike to the racers this time around which may be sounding alarm bells in yamaha , suzuki ,honda etc.
Bearing in mind kawasaki is the biggest heavy industry in japan , building ships , trains and planes . So the above comment in a word is "pish" (although most jap companys did copy early brit bikes )
