Kids: when they're not killing each other on computer games or wearing menacing hoodies, they're getting up to this sort of nonsense
NINETEEN-year-old Aussie freestyle rider Jackson Strong took the gold for best motocross trick at the X-Games by landing the first successful front flip in the competition.
While riders have been experimenting with front flips, to varying degrees of success, for a couple of years, the trick has never been achieved in such a major competition.
As well as being next to impossible, the front flip has got to rate as one of the riskiest tricks possible, as demonstrated at the same event last year when Paris Rosen tried to become the first X-Games front-flipper, suffering some pretty unpleasant injuries.
