Check this clever bike safety campaign from Down Under
ONE OF the cleverest road safety campaigns we've seen in years has been released in Australia and it's so good we're wondering why the same sort of thing hasn't been done over here.Fronted by five-time 500cc World Champion Mick Doohan, the campaign shows some of the big crashes from MotoGP but has road furniture put into the footage (a couple of phoneboxes, a park bench and a seat and a parked bus) with the action stopping before the MotoGP heroes plough into the roadside objects. Called: No Place To Race, the campaign ad is certainly thought-provoking stuff.

All well and good, but whats the alternative...

What's the alternative?
Take up racing, go on trackdays, slow down, take up another pastime or failing that - death...

Come on guys, do you mean to tell me that you honestly dont know why that safety video fronted by mick Doohan is not shown in the UK,
Its because its deamed to dangerous to show, so the road safety bods will not allow it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
