Kiyonari...wet weather specialist or what?

IF YOU missed the qualifying action from this weekend's WSBK meeting at Donington Park, then take a two-minute break to watch Ryuichi Kiyonari's awesome superpole laps.

The current British Superbike Champion shows masterful control in torrential conditions, slithering his Hanspree Ten Kate Fireblade in and out of Donington's every turn.

Pole position eventually went to Ducati's Troy Bayliss. But although Kiyo didn't get pole (he also crashed during race one) he still won race two in style!

Way to go, super-talented Japanese fella!

He certainly gave everyone a wet riding lesson in race two (sliding in and out of almost every corner) But Cal rode extremely well too.

Watch superpole if you get a chance he was awesome, sideways everywhere even more than in the race.
