It takes a quick car to beat a bike on the road, but on the track, who's fastest when it comes to the pinnacle of motorcycle and car motorsport, will it be the F1 car or will it be the MotoGP bike?

Not much of a straight to test top speed on; more a test of who can break latest - which the car with its larger contact patch and downforce was always going to win. Also, the bike is on the inside to start - which means it is going slower to maintain formation.

Regardless though, more contact, more cubes and a bucketload mroe horsepower is going to kick bike ass. But a 4 litre V6 motogp bike (in a straight line only test).....
