ABUS of Germany, the European brand leader in motorcycle security devices,
has announced a new addition to their disc lock range, called the ProVogue series.
Available in two sizes, Abus claim the ProVogue disc lock is a lightweight, yet
effective deterrent, which any biker or scooter rider can carry around with
them. Abus also claim one-handed operation of the ABUS ProVogue makes fitting
the disc lock a simple task.
A rubberised coating on the
ABUS ProVogue disc locks helps minimise the chances of leaving any
scuff marks on your machine.
Both the lightweight 305 ProVogue lock ( 461g ) and heavier 300 model ( 702g
) are made from an impact-resistant, solid cast metal, outer casing,
featuring a hardened steel alloy retaining bolt,
offering maximum resistance against attack from casual bike thieves.
The ABUS ProVogue comes in a variety of colors, including Race Winning Red (pictured), Gun Metal Chrome, Shadow Black, Grand Prix
White, Gun Metal and
Luxus Gold. Each ProVogue comes with two keys.
The ABUS ProVogue 305 model, for lightweight bikes and scooters retails at £24.99, whilst the bigger 300 model, more suitable for
middleweight machines and Superbikes,
