Lovely bike, or should I say scooter. Either way, i'd be tempted if it came to our shores for that price, and not a penny more! 
I'd say it was a commuters dream. You'd quickly see financial returns in the savings to be made from not buying petrol. Lets realistically say 50 miles per charge, for only 3p. Sounds heavenly, methinks. 
However..... 3p for a full charge in the UK? With the extortionate prices we all pay for electricity and gas in this country? Why do I think it'll end up more like £1 per full charge with the rip-off prices we are forced to pay over here?
