STRAIGHT off the back of KTM's new Freeride is the Freeride E, the electricity-powered 'zero emissions' model.
It produces 30bhp (22kW) at 6000rpm and 31ftlb of torque at just 500rpm. The 300v battery takes just 90 minutes to charge. The Freeride E features 43mm WP upside-down forks, with a whopping 250mm travel at the front. It runs an 80/100 front and a 110/90 rear.
The range isn't counted in miles, KTM have instead opted for: 20 minutes professional and 45 minutes amateur. Make of that what you will.
It weighs in at just 95kg. Prices are yet to be confirmed.
