Husqvarna unveils 2018 motocross range

Lusty new Huskys ready to get dusty

FC 250

HUSQVARNA has unveiled its 2018 TC and FC motocross bikes – a range of eight two- and four-stroke models that it says are packed with cutting-edge technology and high-end components.

First up is an all-new TC 85, which is followed by seven heavily updated TC and FC models.

The TC 85 is new from the ground-up and its upgrades include new brakes, a new battery, plus graphics and a high-grip seat cover.

Husqvarna’s small machine also gains much of the same technology found across the rest of its range. It boasts a new Cro-Mo steel frame and new WP AER 43 split air and oil forks and WP XPlor PDS shock for improved handling and comfort, along with a new engine with lighter gearbox that delivers a broader and more controllable power delivery to offer it improved performance and ease of use.

From the TC 50 and TC 65 minicycles to the full-size TC 125, TC 250, FC 250, FC 350 and FC 450, Husky says its 2-18 range ‘sets an even higher benchmark in terms of design and performance.’

Full size TC and FC models have received engine and chassis changes including front and rear Magura brakes for improved sensitivity and feeling.

All FC 4-stroke machines feature new compact Li-Ion 2.2 Ah battery with improved output consistency. 125s and 250s also have a Mikuni carb with updated settings.

All Husqvarna's new models will be availabe worldwide from June 2017.
