Honda Crosstourer spied

BMW GS rival on schedule for launch later this year

HONDA'S new Crosstourer, the adventure sports bike based on the chassis and engine of the VFR1200F, was shown as a concept bike last year but has now been spotted testing on the road for the first time.

American car website Edmunds Inside Line has published pictures by world-renowned spy snapper Brenda Priddy showing the bike in a light disguise during tests in America.

Want to know what it really looks like? Well just take a gander at last year's concept bike – there are virtually no visible changes to the production version.

See the Edmunds pictures here

Just to ruin Honda's day even further, pics have also emerged to confirm the bike-cum-scooter combo that is the production version of the New Mid concept. As well as the scooter version, there will be a naked bike – just as we showed back in March.

I dunno what to make of all this. If IF Suzuki do go the CRT route, I reckon it would be a bit of a shame. But I can understand the reasons,...
