Low-seat Harley to join 2011 company range

THIS IS THE 2011 Harley-Davidson SuperLow - a drop-seat version of the company's existing 883 Sportster, designed primarily for riders a little short in the leg.

The new SuperLow combines revised front end geometry, new wheels and a reshaped seat that sits just 25.5 inches off the ground. Reshaped handlebars also help to achieve what H-D describe as 'well-balanced handling and comfort that will inspire confidence in new riders and exhilarate those with experience.'

More motorcycles with a low seat is a great idea. After all, there's nothing more unnerving for a novice motorcyclist than not being able to get your feet on the floor, is there?

Good idea to make a low version of the Sporty. Now, if they could stop them from vibrating appart I might buy one.

You're just showing your ignorance by posting that. The Sportster was redesigned in 2004, vibration is not an issue any longer. Go ride one.
