BMW HP4 at Jerez

HERE on the press launch of BMW's HP4, we've been trying to get BMW to commit to a price for the new HP4, but they're remaining tight-lipped. Blood and stones comes to mind.

While they won't commit to a price, they have said that the BMW HP4 will be very close to £16,000 and the HP4 with the 'Competition Package' will be very close to £19,000.

BMW UK have said the price will be officially revealed at the Intermot show on the 3rd of October.

What BMW did say is that the HP4 will be for sale in dealers from the 1st of December this year. Just in time for a European trackday..

Full review of the HP4 coming shortly.

£19,000 eh? Righto, I'll just part-exchange my GS500. And one of my kidneys.

The standard model HP4 has the necessary goodies the comp model does. The standard model does not have the fancy cluth/brake levers, adjustable rear sets and carbon fiber parts. Everything else the makes the HP4 a power house is in the standard model. I can always get my black rims powder-coated white and get aftermarket rear sets and/or levers and make it "my" own unique beast.
