ERIK Buell has dropped further hints that he's about to release the first road bike to come from his new company, Erik Buell Racing.
Just days after revealing a sneak preview of the bike on the firm's FaceBook page, Erik Buell has confirmed he'll be making a speech at a Motorcycle Hall of Fame fund-raising event in Daytona on March 11, at the end of the annual Bike Week.
Speaking about the event, he said: “For me, motorcycling has always been about the journey, about the people, about the ideas behind the machines, and it will be great to connect with enthusiasts at the Motorcycle Hall of Fame Breakfast at Daytona fundraiser. And who knows? I may have a surprise or two to announce by then.”
Along with the teaser picture, the evidence is building that the surprise will be the new Buell road bike, and that it will be officially unveiled at Daytona Bike Week in early March.
