BMW HAS announced new colours, options and minor updates across its range for 2018 including an ‘emergency call’ feature on the R1200GS and GS Adventure.
First announced last year, the system uses sensors to detect when a crash has occurred and automatically summons help in the event of a serious accident. Read more about it here.
It’s set to become an option on the R1200GS and GS Adventure along with a new ‘connectivity’ 6.5-inch colour dash that can link to a phone to enable features such as playing music through va Bluetooth-equipped helmet.
The GS Adventure is also to get an optional ‘new generation’ of BMW’s electronically adjustable suspension and ‘Shift Assist Pro’ quick-shifter along with keyless ignition.

The colours Racing red matt and Light white are no longer available.
