Lorenzo to open 2010 NEC Bike Show

2010 Championship leader joins racing stars at Carole Nash Live

2010 MotoGP championship favourite Jorge Lorenzo has now been confirmed to open this year's NEC Motorcycle Show - 27th November 5th December.

The Spanish rider – who will attend courtesy of X-Lite helmets – will appear on Saturday 27 November to meet and greet fans, feature in the traditional Question of Bikes feature with Steve Parrish and participate in James Whitham’s MotoGP clinic. Lorenzo is the first in a number of racing stars confirmed to appear throughout the event.

World Superbike Championship riders Sylvain Guintoli, Troy Corser and Leon Haslam are all set to make appearances along with newly-signed MotoGP rider Cal Cruthlow. With Eugene Laverty representing World Supersport.

Scott Redding will represent Moto2 while Bradley Smith and Danny Webb will fly the flag for the 125GP World Championship.

British Superbike stars Tommy Hill and Michael Rutter will all be there to meet and greet fans and the TT racers will also be out in force, with Ian Hutchinson, Guy Martin and John McGuinness all set to appear.
